We should be real life friends, this time.<br /><br /><br />I've never done Weight Watchers before, but from what I understand, it's just a system for counting calories. I figure that there are 3,500 calories in a pound, so if I want to lose a pound, I just cut that many calories from my diet. Like, if I cut 500 a day, I will lose a pound in a week. If I exercise regularly, while still cutting the calories, the weight will come off faster. <br /><br />If you do weight watchers, let me know how it goes!
